Overhead squat PRs

Michaela and Lori hit #145 Overhead squats this week.  They are balanced and strong at the bottom of the movement.  Only a bit of wrist pain held them back a little.

Row 2K M for time then perform max reps deadlifts #275/185

12 minute time limit, score based on row time- (deadlift reps x 5)
