"The Filthy Fifty"

Go primal on your movements!  Sieze moments of least resistance by realizing our movements need to be natural and efficient.  We tend to over think movents like the pull ups and dips. Kipping pullups are a great example of using muscles in an "undulating wave of contractions" to get your head and shoulders over the bar. We usually learn these contractions by accident (which takes longer if not being coached).

If you are being chased by a killer leprechaun, are you going to use strict motion to get your body over a fence? Thank your lucky charms you have more muscle than just lats and biceps to help you!

To climb branches, I'm pretty sure monkeys do not over analyze and get stuck with strict pull ups.  Let us learn from these primates!
