Happy Birthday Fred!

Fred came up with a funky fresh and forty WOD for us to tackle.  Fred is like Benjamin Button- he seems to be aging backwards with CrossFit.  At 40 he definitely does not look like Benjamin's Butt. I am pretty sure he first tries out his crazy metcon WODs himself before dishing it.  How else does he stay forever young?

Fred has been an amazing trainer for close to 20 years.  Moreover, he is a greater friend- fitness and friendship for at least forty more- love you brother.
