SVAT Athletes

SV Affiliate Team training will continue with the hill run this Saturday at 8AM.  We will then meet at the box right after the run for a saturday WOD. We will establish training schedule and physical goals for the year.

WOD: 

Deadlift Max load unbroken 21 reps.

Then-

3 Rounds for time-

21 Kb Swings 1.5/1pd

60 yard prowler push

30 Jumping Pullups
