Stretch

Cindy Lau will be teaching basic stretching (Wednesday) @ 7pm in the stretching room in the back. 
This will be really helpful for a lot of us with flexibility issues and be more prepared for sectionals or any wod for that matter. Whoever's interested should bring a yoga mat if they happen to have one, a big towel to put over the yoga mat, and wear clothing that they can have full range of motion in. We will do it with no shoes/socks.

WOD:

"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
