Saturday Hill WOD

Today we meet at the Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company at 8AM.  We will then convene at a very steep hill and do a workout that will involve Farmer's walking and kettlebell swings.

With #2/1.5 Pood Kettlebells

30 Kettlebell Swings

25 Kettlebell shoulder to overhead

Farmer's walk to top of hill

25 Kettlebell Swings at hill top

20 Kettlebell shoulder to overhead

Farmer's walk to bottom of hill

20 Kettlebell Swings

15 Kettlebell shoulder to overhead

Run back to top of hill
