Lori and Cindy on the Prowler Sled

Amazing how deceptively difficult the Prowler race turned out.  Cindy and Lori activated their adrenaline rockets in front of their peers and in the face of competition.  This is a good way to prepare and build up your mental fortitude!

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 

Bodyweight bench press, 12 reps
10 Pull-ups
