The AM/PM Smackdown Lowdown

 

Dana is repping the AM.  He has a #415 Back Squat and #500+ Deadlift and is getting more flexible and stronger every week!

Ronda is repping the PM.  She has a 1:25 400M run and lots of heart.

Cannot thank all of our members enough for the wonderful two years hanging with us at the SV box.  From desk jockey engineers to titans, you have come a long way. A budding comedian James Germono and DJ Federico will provide the laughs and music.

Lets test our skills under pressure of competition this Staturday at 10AM.  The workout(s) will be posted tomorrow evening.

Please bring food or drink for enough for 4 people.  This should help satiate our hunger after the "fun" workouts slated.

WOD:

Five rounds for max reps of:
2/3 Body weight thruster
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
