Compete!

Becky and James threwdown last week with 3 grueling workouts!  Becky took the first WOD that consisted of 5 rounds of double unders, deadlifts and push  presses.  James took the second round of an intense 4 rounder- 200M farmer's carry and 15 burpees.  The final deciding workout was 400M run 10 Ground to Overhead, 400M run 20 Wall Ball, 400M run 30 box jumps, 400M run 50M prowler push.

Becky took the final WOD and bragging rights.

I'm not sure how it all started. I think there were some challenge words from James.  At any rate- AWESOME JOB GUYS!
