Deadlifts, Push ups and Burpees

Great overhead squat form Monica. You are improving like crazy!

WOD:

On the minute body weight deadlift, push ups and burpee bar hurdle.

- Perform a burpee jump/overhead hand clap while torso vertical jumping over deadlift bar

Example:

Minute 1= 1 Deadlift, 1 push up, 1 burpee hurdle

Minute 2= 2 Deadlift, 2 push ups, 2 burpee hurdle

-and so on...
