Basic Movements and Skills Classes

As a reminder we offer two important specialty classes Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7PM.  Tuesday is the Basic Movements to help you refine and hone foundation skill to carry over into more advanced CrossFit skills.  Wednesdays at 7PM, we delve deeper into skills that require more coordination, accuracy, agility and balance.  We will focus heavy on Olympic lifting within CrossFit domains. We are rewarded when economizing movement and we practice to seize moments of least resistence on prescribed weights.

Please wrap your head around these concepts and attend the 7PM specialty classes in addition to the regular WODs.
