Weekend Warrior Series this Saturday

We are hosting CrossFit Palo Alto this Saturday for the 4th installment (last in regular season).  The workout looks fun and challenging for a team of 4.  We are going to need another team to compete with the Palo Alto 2nd team.  Our 2nd team will be an exhibition team, but will be a real matchup for Palo Alto. 

Any takers for our second team?

We will have a small beer fest social after the WOD around 12:30PM and then head on over to Campbell for OCTOBERFEST!

WOD: 

WOD #4 – October 16, 2010 – Chipper

Each team must complete the following:

- 120 Squat Cleans (155/105lbs)

- 120 Toes to Bar

- 120 Burpees

- 200 meter Buddy Carry (two team members must be carried by the other two team members.)

- After all 360 reps are completed and the entire team finishes the buddy carry, the team must complete 20 muscle-ups.
