CrossFit Silicon Valley KIDS program is designed to be FUN in order to aid in the athletic development of our children. It combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and certain weightlifting elements, depending on age, that encourage bone density and athletic development. Instead of moving thumbs playing video games and watching TV., kids will be moving their entire bodies running, jumping, rolling, and participating in athletic games!
We are passionate and dedicated to bring awareness to the importance of physical activity to our young population. We want to create a fun atmosphere of physical activity that encourages our next generation to remain consistent and healthy with fitness. We combine the three elements of gymnastics, monostructural activity, and some elements of weightlifting to keep children engaged and entertained while teaching them proper movement mechanics to create a broad athletic foundation.
